School Age (3.8-5.11 yrs.)

Capacity: 24 Children; 3 Teachers (1:8 Ratio as per the Day Nurseries Act) OR 20 Children; 2 Teachers (1:10 Ratio as per the Day Nurseries Act)

Welcome to the Dolphin Room, your child will immediately notice the colourful full size mural on the far wall.

The Dolphin Room offers a variety of daily activities including crafts, group and outdoor play, music, computer activities and science experiences. The majority of our school age children are enrolled in kindergarten programs within the Durham School Board. Some of the schools offer part time days (morning or afternoon) or every other day with alternate Fridays. On PA Days and School Holidays full day care is provided at The Elephant Room.
