Monkey Room

Infant Room (0 to 18 months)

Capacity: 10 Children; 3 Teachers (1:3 Ratio as per the Day Nurseries Act)

Upon entering the Monkey Room, your child will love the full size mural on the far wall. They will also notice the large ceiling to floor window in the middle of the room out looking the 9,000 square foot playground.

The infant room is a large bright room divided into many areas. A separate sleeping area is attached to the playroom. Each infant has their own crib for sleeping. Highchairs and rockers and a low-to-the-ground table (for the older infants) are used for feeding. Bottle-feeding is part of the baby's daily schedule and is done as the parent has requested. A variety of toys (such as pop up toys, shape sorters, stacking toys, and a host of other developmentally appropriate toys) are creatively displayed on shelves that are built to be at the child?s eye level. The toys are available at all times for the babies to play with and explore. Blocks and push toys are available all the time.
